Offsite shredding provides complete security as the contractor provides complete destruction and recycling of your sensitive confidential documents. Time and money are saved due to economies of scale. There is no need to purchase expensive and / or inefficient equipment. Secure containers are provided free of charge for the collection and transportation of the confidential documents. We offer complete destruction with recycling, and a Certificate of Destruction.
Onsite & Mobile Limitations
Mobile shredders need parking space whilst the shredding process takes place. Employee time and productivity is lost due to the overseeing of the entire shredding process. Mobile shredders add to the problem of noise and air pollution whilst in operation.
In-House
Operating a small office shredder is a time consuming task, tying up your well trained staff and resources that could be deployed more effectively. Employees are the most likely to recognize the value of company information being discarded.
In-house shredding will not handle large volumes and thus staff may be tempted to circumnavigate the destruction process.
